My e-mail is not working

Hi, everyone:

I've submitted a support ticket, but I wanted to ask if anyone is experiencing this problem.

I restarted my computer this morning, then I launched Mozilla Thunderbird. I got a message that the login failed. I tried several more times, always getting the same message.

So, my first question is whether anyone else is having similar problems?

Next, I went to check my web mail. Even though I'm shown as logged in, instead of taking me to the web mail page (or control panel), I got a message that I needed to log in to ProZ; I tried to do that and it rejected my password.

This happened to me a while back, so I went to a link I'd gotten to reset the password...but of course, that involves receiving an e-mail message to complete the process, and I can't get my e-mail.

So, my second question is whether there is some way I can access the control panel directly or the web mail page (especially since I am logged in already to ProZ).

Helen,

My apologies for taking your time. I was confused. I just realized that there are three payments that have to be made (membership, hosting, and domain). I've just paid the hosting fee.

But my passwords are still being rejected. Could you please send me a link so that I reset them?
