Does anyone know how to configure a domain as an "add-on domain"?

After submitting a support request, I was told that this is the activity that I should carry out, in order to get my domain online.

I just tried it, according to the instructions provided in the "howto"...

I entered the domain name in the "New Addon Domain" field. That was clear.

The second box was more difficult, and no explanation was given...

Can anyone help?

Astrid

I have helped Astrid resolve this issue via the online support system. For those reading in the future, help with adding additional domains to your hosting account can be found in the domain howto: http://www.proz.com/howto/229

Please note that the standard hosting account only allows using a single domain. Using multiple domains requires upgrade to the advanced hosting package. See the hosting info page for more details: http://www.proz.com/?sp=host/info

If these resources don't help, please submit a support request in the online support center: http://www.proz.com/support

Best regards,

Jason
