Does anyone know how to configure a domain as an "add-on domain"?

After submitting a support request, I was told that this is the activity that I should carry out, in order to get my domain online.

I just tried it, according to the instructions provided in the "howto"...

I entered the domain name in the "New Addon Domain" field. That was clear.

The second box was more difficult, and no explanation was given...

Can anyone help?
