No access to POP3 server

I haven't had access to my email through your POP3 server since yesterday.
I use Outlook 2007, have everything configured as instructed (had no problems up until now), but it simply cannot access your POP3 server.
My current configuration:
account type: POP3
incoming server: mail.proz.com
outgoing server: mail.proz.com
login: my username & password
server requires SMTP authentication: checked
incoming POP3 server port: 995
requires SSL encryption: checked
outgoing SMTP server port: 465
encryption type: auto
Can you advise on this?
PS - Sent a support ticket 3 hours ago, still no reply.
