My website was also deleted! Aug 9, 2006

Even though it is accessible all 11 e-mail accounts were deleted!
My office now does not have access to previous e-mails and I have no access to the site control panel

VERY BAD

Hi Igor,

Your site was not deleted, there was an index.html place holder file that got put in when your account was restored from backups. I removed the file and your site appears to be running as normal.

proz.com hosting had set us up Aug 9, 2006

I believe we got a huge problem
11 e-mail accounts of my team are deleted

Now I am loosing my precious time and try to save some e-mails instead of working

Clients can not e-mail me because all e-mail infrastructure is deleted and I need to switch to other e-mail services

Should I also reprint my business cards now

Your email addresses are still there, but your account is way over the disk quota, which may be causing a problem with you getting your mail. If you use IMAP, I would suggest downloading your mails locally and getting them off the server. But again, I am able to see all your accounts. If you need additional assistance feel free to respond in your support ticket.

It looks like your hosting account was suspended earlier this year when your membership originally expired. I have unsuspended your account. In the future I would advise submitting a support ticket when you first purchase membership again, so that your hosting account can be unsuspended ASAP.

same problem! Aug 9, 2006

I already submitted a support ticket but would like to post this message here too.

My website seems to be deleted and both of my two account is not functioning. I keep sending test message to myself but Outlook dose not catch it. It looks like checking messages on the server but I haven't received many mesages which has sent yesterday and today(Japan time).

I am on my big project at the moment and really having a difficulty. I hope the situation is solved as soon as possible.

I hope to know if I can retrieve yesterday's messages...I am in panic!
