Unable to send emails

I have been unable to send emails from my hosted website account since this morning. I do receive emails, though. I have tried with webmail but it doesn't work either. THis is the error message I get: "Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server" I have submitted a ticket but haven't got an answer yet. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

It's prbably a temporary fault at your server's end. Ring them up
