Hello,
The "Blueboard" is a great tool!
Basically, I have two questions:
1. Is it possible to generate a list of all agencies displaying one agency per record? If not, is this product feature planned for future versions?
2. Does the "Blueboard" contain agencies AND corporate (direct) customers or just agencies?

If I understand your question correctly, you're looking for a list of agencies that one could use for marketing purposes, for instance?
That isn't possible, and AFAIK nothing's planned along these lines.
Or did I misunderstand you?

Can I rate an Agency following a request from a fellow translator (who is not a Proz member) who still is waiting to be paid ?

please read the Blue Board rules and FAQ

from which I copy the following:
2. What are the conditions for entering a client review?
You may only enter reviews for clients with whom you have worked on a project or to whom you delivered a test translation. You may not enter reviews solely on the basis of negotations or other preliminary interactions.
If you have worked on a project with a client but were late or otherwise negligent in delivering work, you may not enter a review for that client.
Your friend could easily join the site and rate any business already listed on the Blue Board, or enter new businesses and rate them according to his/her personal experience with them.

I'm afraid not - have a look at the BB FAQ:
You may only enter reviews for clients with whom you have worked on a project or to whom you delivered a test translation. You may not enter reviews solely on the basis of negotations or other preliminary interactions.
But your colleague might want to register as a member, and enter a rating.

- Go to Jobs - Blue Board.
- Click on Add Agency.
- First, search the list, then use the "Add Agency" link underneath.
We appreciate if you enter as many details as possible - this will not only save us some work, but will also help to clearly identify the entity.
