Hi,

Has any non-certified members ever gotten chosen by the turn-key translation system?

ProZ.com proclaims that a Certified PRO status is not required for eligibility, but since I've never received any turn-key job notifications, I wonder the odds I'll ever get them as a non-certified member.

Thanks.

I got an offer once for a small job but I wasn't impressed..

Not even for certified members Jan 8, 2014

I wouldn't be worried: I am a certified member, but I never have received a single request for turnkey translations.

I think this system is practically non-existent.

The last time I heard about this was in... 2009, but I'm not a certified member!

I read about it, but I don't think I'd be interested.

I am certified by my professional organization, but not forum-certified so I guess I can answer as "non-certified" in the context of this question.

I have received a few of these in the past.
