please explain how to use ProZ mailing lists

I know that the link is http://www.proz.com/?sp=lists, but I cannot figure out how to delete old entries from my mailing list or how to create and fill in a new one? Could someone write a step by step procedure how to email 50 German to French translators given that my default mailing list is already filled with Dutch to French translators and I cannot add any more names to the list?
