Checking the link indicates that the job has been closed; probably because the poster realised the incorrect entry.

Yesterday, when I checked the link, they actually had a price of 0.08-0.15 per word. They only place it said non-profit was at the bottom of the posting saying \"Non-profit: Yes\".
But the contents of the ad definitely had a price.
