I was wondering if the certificates released by:

and WLS certificate of translation are certifications recognized by Proz.

Hello Sara,

Credentials at are degrees, certificates or diplomas issued by formal institutions upon successful completion of a translation or language-related course or exam. That being said, it sounds like the two certificates you describe could be declared in the "Credentials" section of your profile and verified by site staff.
