There are Proz members who are identified, at the top of their personal page, as \'Agencies\'. There are some who are not so identified. You and I know that nobody can translate professionally from 15 languages into 10, whether or not they list all those combinations as \'working\' languages. But some clients may not know this.

Is there a Proz rule that requires these people to identify their status quite clearly and unambiguously? Who places the aforementioned statement in the page heading - Henry? A moderator? The member?
