Wouldn\'t it make more sense, for obvious reasons, to notify KudoZ askers that \"(name) has proposed (answer)\" instead of \"Someone has proposed an answer ...\"?

I think that it would be nice to see the names of the peers in the notifying emails, not just a simple agree/neutral/disagree message.
