Shortcuts on the homepage

Hi.

I'm just wondering if it would be possible for us to place some preferred shortcuts on the homepage. For example, I might want to place shortcuts to several features/pages on this site which I visit regularly. These would preferably be visible only to the user and would save time when navigating the site. Thanks.
