Strange mail from ProZ

I just got a mail from "Forum Moderators" regarding a posting of mine, about a missunderstanding.
The problem is there is no link to the post they were mentioning and I really don't remember what posting and matter they are referring to. I would have liked to see and eventually delete or edit it.
I write more postings everyday, the are vetted and so being processed days after and I simply can not track everything I write.
Please put some link in the mails when postings need to be edited. People do/must not have copies of everything they write.
Often I am politely asked to move my posting in another thread or forum and I don't have the copy, so I have to give up my posting.
