More options to search through the Blue Board

It would be great if we could have more options to search through the Blue Board. Some agencies use more than one name, or different agencies or branches are completely independent from each other, in those situations having the option to find a entry by the phone number, address, contact, web site, etc. Having the choice to sort entries by these criteria would be just as helpful.

Adding a free text search option would definitely help (that is, being able to enter a short string and get all records that contain that string, regardless of whether the record is company, outsourcer, agency, etc.).

Try using the Blue Board outsourcer search May 3, 2007

Hi Claudia!

The outsourcer search in the Blue Board -- http://www.proz.com/blueboard -- is a powerful tool and has the capability to search all the fields you cited. Try searching for the address of an outsourcer that you know is listed on the Blue Board, and see what comes up!

Hi Viktoria, this is pretty much the way the Blue Board search currently works, except it only searches Blue Board records and not ProZ.com profile data (for that you would use http://www.proz.com/?sp=wi_name).
