I am horrified at the personal attacks being made on the Kudoz pages in the Dutch>English category and that this has led to a member being chased off the site.

From what I have read this appears to be a case of bullying and this should be dealt with as it would in a school. There is no place (or excuse) for this behaviour on a site for professionals. It detracts from the reputation of the parties who are guilty of the bullying behaviour and of the site in general.

In a school an incident of this kind would result in the bullies being excluded (or at least suspended) not the victim.

It is true that it is not \'nice\' to receive disagrees on your suggestions for Kudoz answers but there is really no point in taking this personally, regardless of the accuracy of the disagreement.

In this season of joy and peace and considering the world events over the last few months should we not all try to be a little more tolerant of others and their opinions?
