Hello,

I would like to complaint about a situation that seems to be constant:

when using the Search Glossaries search almost of the times the first result is null, that is, the first attempt is nothing more than an attempt because there isn't any result. This happens whether the term exists or doesn't.

Could it be some way to improve this matter?

Thanks!

Hi Ricardo,
Just tried it myself - worked without problems. Would you have an example?

Which browser are you using, and under which OS?

Best regards, Ralf

Dear Ralph,

Thank you for your quick reply.

I'm using the Windows 2000 ME and the explorer browser.

I don't really know how to exemplify this, just I explained above I press the search button and almost every time the page is uploaded but appears the same screen only at my second button click it works, showing no results or the existing hits.

Mostly I search the english, german and portuguese language pairs

More details... Mar 11, 2004

Hi again,

I'm using the Windows 2000 ME and the explorer browser.

Windows 2000 or Windows ME? (The two are distinctly different...)
Which version of MSIE?

I don't really know how to exemplify this, just I explained above I press the search button and almost every time the page is uploaded but appears the same screen only at my second button click it works, showing no results or the existing hits.

Mostly I search the english, german and portuguese language pairs

Can you give us an example of something you searched (language pair & search item), where you encountered this?
Did you actually click on the "Search Term" button, or did you hit Enter on your keyboard?
Do you get the same problem when using the Search KudoZoption?

Ralf
