I am blocked from accessing the site properly (Staff: Fixed)

I wanted to send a support request, but for accessing that and a number of other site features, all I get is the following message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /support on this server.


So this is the only way to get through to the site staff.
Hopefully someone can help.

I have got the same message, couple of minutes ago:
"You don't have permission to access /support on this server."

It was the first time; I did never get any access blockade before.
But it functions now, I can get through, I have the access to the site, even via mobile phone.

I hope it is getting all right for you too.
