contact your bank Dec 18, 2004

Hi Loay,

You should contact the bank or financial institution which issued your e-card. Possibly, there is a 3-4 digit security number assigned to your card. You can learn that number directly from the bank.

Best regards,
Umit

may be available online Dec 18, 2004

I've had a card of this type for several years and had the same problem as you--until one day this number suddenly appeared in the online information for my card (my bank probably decided to make this number available as more and more merchants began requesting it). In my case, it's in the area where I can check the balance. You might want to have a look to see if your online interface has something similar.icon_smile.gif
