I just noticed that I have "moderator 's powers" ...
I can see a new button named "Close w/o grading" See it here -> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9bcnJGBBqyXcWpvbWRWc21fc0E/view?usp=sharing

It shows up in any open question. Does it mean I can cause some damage here if I choose to?

That reminds me something else.. years ago, soon after I joined, I was able to "agree" with my own answer ... which I did, not knowing it's not kosher ..

Thanks geopiet for bringing this to our attention, and everyone else for following up.

I just want to clarify that the "Close w/o grading" button (and the closing form) was only visible, but not operative. This means that until this was fixed, no questions could be closed by anyone other than askers. So, no reason to worry.
