Hello,

I was a member of Proz before, and having forgotten my password and login information ( which I couldn't find anymore in my mailbox) I created a new one.
Now I have found my info again so how dio I merge both?

Thanks.

Do you really need to merge the two profiles? Mar 30, 2005

Dear Constance,

You could simply opt for one of your profiles, and abandon/remove the other profile.
Is there any particular reason or something that needs to be 'merged' between your two profiles?
The personal information, description, settings and CV could be simply moved into one of them.

If you still need to merge them, you will need to send a Support request, using the last item on the main site menu.

bye
Gianfranco

PS: I've moved your posting from the French forum to the Support forum

Please file a Support Request Mar 30, 2005

Hi,
You need to contact site staff through Support Request form (Support tab in the upper menu). Please provide links to your both profiles.
