Platinum member - but no "identity verified" sign?

I wonder if my "identity verified" sign got lost somewhere or if I for some reason am not entitled to have one.

I bought the Trados/platinum membership package in december and paid by credit card.
Shouldn't the credit card payment have proved my identity or is a TGB-purchase an "invalid method"?

Info on VID by credit card Mar 31, 2005

Dear Antje,

all payments by credit card, including TGB offers, are valid for VID, but only if the credit card carries the same name as it appears in your ProZ.com profile, i.e. if you have used your personal credit card.

If this condition is met, please try to apply for VID using this page:
