Good evening everyone,

Lately, I have not been able to access my dashboard. When I click on it, I keep getting this message: "access denied." How do I request assistance from staff. Thanks!

I usually met with such instances to many of my dashboards, webpages.
Original error is from bad network.
I restart my PC and all functions work fine.

We were making some updates to the dashboard. Those updates are now finished and you should be able to access the dashboard area again.

Please let me know if the problem persists for you.
