G'day
I have an unclosed (or perhaps closed) support ticket but I don't know the exact URL of it. How can I find it? I need to reply and I don't have access to that e-mail they send.
Thanks!

If you are logged in, you can use the following URL:

http://www.proz.com/tickets

It will lead you to all the tickets you have filed so far, including all open and closed tickets.

HTH.
