"My favorite articles" feature does not function.

Dear Proz guys,

I was one of the many members that welcomed the Article Knowledgebase feature. I have already found and read several very interesting and useful articles there. I also consider very practical to be able to save as "Favorites" the articles I think are more important, so as to be able to go back to them at any time.

Dear Proz guys,

I was one of the many members that welcomed the Article Knowledgebase feature. I have already found and read several very interesting and useful articles there. I also consider very practical to be able to save as "Favorites" the articles I think are more important, so as to be able to go back to them at any time.

However, some time after doing it, "your favorite articles" switches to empty again. I am seeing now the last two articles I bookmarked as favorite today. I am sure they won`t be there any more tomorrow. This feature works for less than 24 hours.

Why is this not working? Any bugs? At fist I though it was a temporary bug. I was wrong. I opened a forum with this question. No reply. I placed a ticketd. Same answer. This is a new forum intent.
Can anyone give me a resonable answer, please? And tell me if this is going to be fixed? If not, I might consider to bookmark in my PC the best articles in the future. Unfortunately, I already lost track of the " my best articles" I read up to now.
