For the past week I've been having problems when quoting; the rate I enter is either not shown in the quote or not accepted (even if it matches the outsourcer's rate correctly). What can I do?

Do you quote within your rates as specified in the profile? Jan 18, 2006

Hi,
Possible explanation might be that you quote outside your rates specified in your profile, that is lower or higher.

If this is not the case - then, as Natalie suggests, file a Support Request.

HTH,
Magda

Thank you Jan 18, 2006

Thanks Natalie and Magda. Yes, that was what I was doing (I wasn't aware that my rates were connected to the quotes).
Thank you!!
