Spanish to English

My languages are English and Spanish, so when I view the ProZ home page, I want Spanish accented characters and "ñ" to be displayed properly.

When I view the page with Unicode (UTF-8), the accented characters in the index of latest KudoZ questions are displayed correctly, but not in the the index of latest forum posts.

When I view the page with Western (ISO-8859-1), the reverse is true.

I tried some other encodings, but couldn't find any one that displays Spanish characters properly throughout the whole page.

Firefox, Windows XP.
