My Ask a Kudoz question page is not working

Hello everybody, I've been experiencing problems with my Ask a Kudoz question page since last week. I've tried to submit a support ticket and I find the same error, the page just doesn't upload. Therefore, does anyone know what would be the best method to contact the Proz.com staff? I'm in bad need of asking Kudoz questions. Thank you.

The general one is [email protected] but it might take some time to get a reply. You might do better emailing an individual such as:
[email protected]
or even [email protected]

Hi Jack, thanks a lot, I've already sent a mail to Jason. I hope this works, I've been recently reading posts about very slow responses from Proz staff to support tickets... we'll see.
