I hope this is the right forum to post this, but I am not sure.

Can anyone explain to me what it is you need to do when you are sent a Willingness to Work again invitation?

I sent an invite to an outsourcerer, who said he followed the link, but then did not understand what to do. (he is a Proz-member).

As I don't have any experience, I was hoping someone woud have experience with the system.
