How can an agency have a BB average of 1 with no entries at all? (Staff: fixed)

This agency [***removed***] on the jobs notice board has a LWA average score of one, which raises flags, but when you click on it there are no entries recorded at all.

Isn't that strange? I thought agencies/outsourcers who had no feedback, positive or otherwise, just began with an average score of zero .

BB - zero, but under browse jobs I see "1".

Hope that someone can explain it. Also, it is scary.. as of now i checked just BB and took it for granted.

Problem solved, LWA was not being properly shown if there were no entries in some cases Aug 28, 2006
