I should take care of it every time my agenda changes but I always forget, so most of the time it is in the wrong setting.
How can I make it not visible?

Hi Chantal

I believe you just can't. What you could actually do, is to leave on yellow as partial available. This is way, it may not be accurate but at least client asks before sending you jobs

Just do not make any changes to av. calendar and it will disappear eventually (when all indications of availability are gone).
