Thanks for the training session Jun 11, 2010

I've been using Studio intensively for a year now and this morning's training session confirmed that I know my way round it pretty well.
You gave me a few good tips for brushing up my knowledge and I'm pleased to say I passed the SDL exam this afternoon.
So thanks for your help Charlie!

Very professional and clear trainer Jun 12, 2010

Very good training. Charlie was really either professional and fair. Furthermore he explained clearly important advanced functions of Studio 2009 and even something more related to participants' questions.
My listening English is not perfect if an English mother tongue talks too quickly and not so clean but Charlie pronounces really clearly and clean how a perfect academic pronunciation must be. Other ProZ English trainers pronounce too quickly and not so clear as Charlie.
