How long does this training last? Jun 20, 2011

And when are we expected to complete the examination? Are we to complete it immediately after training or are we allocated a certain period of time to review what we have learned?

SDL Trados Studio 2009 Webinar on Tuesday, Jul 12, 2011 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM GMT Jul 12, 2011

Hi!

I am still confused on when the SDL Trados Webinar will take place. I contacted Soledad Azcona and received no answer. Instead, Helen Shepelenko informed me that the SDL Trados Webinar would take place at 3 pm my local time. Now, I have checked this with the referenced URL "timeanddate.com" and receive the following (assuming that the SDL Trados Webinar will originate from London, UK):

At the specified time, local time in Sarasota is 5 hours behind London, i.e.

Location Local time Time zone UTC offset
London (United Kingdom - England) Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 7:00:00 PM BST UTC+1 hour
Sarasota (U.S.A. - Florida) Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 2:00:00 PM EDT UTC-4 hours
Corresponding UTC (GMT) Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 18:00:00

This would mean 2 pm, right???

Hope to hear from you till tomorrow noon. I would hate to miss this course and I do not understand, when you know where we are situated, why you do not state our local time.

Marina

Training starting time Jul 12, 2011

Hi Marina,

Thanks for considering to take the webinar. Please be informed that the training will be conducted today at 15:00 EDT (GMT-4), as the time mentioned at the training page - 7:00pm GMT - is given in GMT, not in the UK time (there is one hour difference).

Hope this helps.

Also, if you have any doubts or need any assistance please feel free to contact site staff here: http://www.proz.com/support/

My bests,
Helen
