Would it be possible to confirm the start-time of this webinar, please? The posting says 15:00 GMT but the confirmation says 13:00 GMT!

15:00 GMT (as listed on ProZ.com) is the correct time Feb 13, 2012

Thanks for letting us know there was a discrepancy in the registration confirmation email from GoToWebinar. We are adjusting that accordingly. The correct time is the time that is listed on ProZ.com - 15:00 GMT.
