No manuals, no exams... Apr 4, 2016

Hello, I sent a support request for the manuals to be uploaded for this course on 24th March. The matter was that very day transferred from Yana to Helen, but I have received no communication whatsoever since then, despite writing three times. The webinar was 12 days ago. Could I please be sent the manuals and exams?
