Receiving the certificate Aug 18, 2016

Hi, I´m interested in taking the Getting Started part 2 course, but I had a question about the certificate. I see that after completing the exams with a passing score my proz profile will be updated to reflect certification, but will I receive any sort of physical or digital certificate to have available to send to future employers or agencies? Please advise.

Kevin

SDL certification page plus badge icons Aug 18, 2016

Hi Kevin,

SDL does not issue certificates, but a record of your certifications is kept in your SDL account.

After passing the exam you will receive a hyperlink to your SDL certification page. You can use this hyperlink in your ProZ.com profile's Software/CAT tools section (which will not be updated automatically; you will have to do this yourself):

It then becomes a link visitors to your profile can click:

Clicking that link will take them to your personal SDL certification page:

You will also receive icons files in various sizes for each of your certifications:
