I seem to have accumulated some BrowniZ points. What do I do with them?

Regards,
William Taylor

Thanks for the link.
Looks like I still need a lot of points before I quit my day job.

Browniz price Dec 25, 2008

In year 2002, I used 4000 Browniz points = USD 40.00 to pay for Proz member fee.
Now 4000 Browniz points=USD 10.00. I wonder the rate will be 4000 Browniz points = USD 5.00 or not.

Thanks Soonthon! Khawp khun khrap!
I wonder what they are pegged against? The Linden Dollar?
I probably have too low a risk profile to play this market.

It's all my fault... Dec 25, 2008

I probably have too low a risk profile to play this market.

I tried to corner the market but I just ended with a lot of paper (176000+). So, to put you at ease, you can exhale. As you realized yourself, you cant make your living this way.

What you can do this way, however, is help here and there. And to put some face onto the appreciation you have earned (by ProZ itself and people involved), you get some paper money to go. Big deal - but that applies to all the medals (purple hearts, Legion d'honneur, Rotary club membeship, MBE ...)

Maybe I'll throw a party some time for all the paper I have earned. Stay in touch. But as I already said, no need to hold your breath.

Browniz Jan 6, 2009

oh yeah!
I'm new in proz.- answered a few questions and wondered what the Browniz were for...

I asked a real paying member- I am not- but she could not explain how I would get the cookies delivered. Christmas pastry is very important to me- I would have loved a box of Browniz....
