Dear members,

I am very pleased to announce that the new moderator class of 2009-2010 is stepping up and starting activity today.

Response to the new program has been very positive, and over 100 moderators will begin carrying out their duties throughout the site shortly. Dear members,

I am very pleased to announce that the new moderator class of 2009-2010 is stepping up and starting activity today.

Response to the new program has been very positive, and over 100 moderators will begin carrying out their duties throughout the site shortly. Applications for moderator continue to come in, and some of the new moderators are still completing the special moderator training program; over the next few days the class of 2009-2010 will be updated at this page as more moderators finish the training and join the team.

Applications are still being reviewed. Members are welcome to review the information on the moderator program and, if interested in serving a term as a ProZ.com moderator, apply.

My thanks to everyone who has applied so far, to the great group of incoming moderators, and to all members, for their support of the site.

Best regards,

Jared

Many of you have started individual threads in your dedicated forums to introduce yourselves, so I thought it would be easier to congratulate all of you collectively in this thread.

It's nice to see some old and active members in the new moderators list. I also think it's a good idea to have two or more moderators for each forum and the larger KudoZ sub-communities. That way, continuous (more or less) moderation is ensured.

I wish all of you all the best in your new r

Best wishes,
