Bin Li\'s posting of FAQ for Chinese is very useful. How about having some FAQ for each language posted on a special place on Proz.com? It would attract readers, help project managers the world around and be a handy reference guide for the curious.

Hi Paola. That\'s an excellent idea and here\'s a start. The site listed here is about the varieties of English, one very important issue when it comes to translations.

In the early ProZ days, such feature already existed.

Time indeed to implement this again and add more info.

Have a nice weekend

FAQ for English Apr 21, 2002

I think it\'s a wonderful idea and I would be willing to contribute idiomatic phrases used in the U.S.

That seems to be one of the tough areas for non-English speakers to \"get a handle on\".

Thanks, Rita
