Identical. I went to check the profile and it is almost completely empty, from someone apparently in Hong Kong. I am not even responding, but I would like to know if this can be considered an abuse of Proz.com, and if moderators or staff do something about it?

I am a Project Manager at RIC International, and I wanted to thank Konstantin for altering us to this violation of our copyrighted material. At RIC, we work hard to maintain our positive relationship with vendors. The possible confusion of our company with another one - especially with an unknown reputation and business practices - is troubling.

We have contacted them to ask that they take down our material.

Just in case there is any doubt about whose material it is, if you load any of their pages in Internet Explorer and then go to View/Source, you will notice a dozen lines down the html tag
