Being an Italian (and thus a pasta-eater) I can confirm the accuracy of this pleasant glossary! icon_smile.gif

Fide bolognese Dec 16, 2002

Sounds much more interesting than Spaghetti bolognese. I can now rename all my pasta dishes, that\'ll confuse my family!

I found some unaccuracy.... Dec 16, 2002

Being from Italy, and from Napoli, I boast of some expertise in this specific fieldicon_smile.gif. Anyway, I doubled checked the site and the final QA reports some typos in the Website (e.g. acini de pepe), broken links (e.g. Malloreddus Gnocchetti sardi), and, in general the lack of attention on hand-made pasta (absence of the simple, hand-made Gnocchi which my mother used to prepare almost every Sunday) while only the industrial pasta is described. Anyway enjoy it!!!
