As vrea sa va intreb putin despre semnatura electronica. Nu stiu exact care este regimul ei legal, avand in vedere ca unele agentii iti cer semnatura pe facturi, contracte si altele, in vreme ce unele nici macar nu au aceasta pretentie. E chiar necesara semnatura prin email sau unii se pot lipsi de ea?

Dupa cate mi-au spus cei de la banca, legea semnaturii electronice nu s-a adoptat inca in Romania. Zice-se ca bancile din Romania care ofera servicii de tranzactii on-line, bunaoara, o fac \"pe barba lor\" (si pe riscul clientului). Mai e mult pana departe... Mi s-a intamplat si mie sa-mi ceara semnatura, dar am avut intotdeauna alternativa transmiterii prin fax.

Multumesc, Andrei. Cam acelasi lucru mi se intampla si mie cand vine vorba de semnat. Asta e! Mai asteptam.

Pana una alta, in Romania, dupa stiinta mea emailul nu este considerat un docoment cu putere de dovada in caz de dispute, deci daca doresti sa fii pe sigur cu adevarat esti nevoit sa folosesti fie posta, fie faxul.
