Apelez la cei care sunteţi plătitori de TVA: se încadrează serviciile de traducere la vreuna din excepţiile Art.133 din Codul Fiscal astfel încât să nu fie necesar sa facturezi TVA clienţilor din UE? Pe de altă parte clienţii din UE sunt foarte uimiţi şi consideră că e o eroare deoarece în UE nu se facturează TVA (decât în interiorul unei ţări), iar cei de la FP spun că noi facturăm TVA către clienţii UE.
