Dear Colleagues,

has anybody access to Turpion Limited? This company publishes English translations of leading Russian scientific journals. Unfortunately, our university has no license and I should get a paper published them very urgently (deadline 10/9).

The name of the original journal is 'Kvantovaya Elektronika' (http://href.hu/x/3fxv), and as an emergency help, I would also appreciate the Russian version of the paper that could be translated.

Thank you for your help in advance, and I must apologize for writing in English – unfortanetly, I don't speak Russian. But you're my last hope! ;+)
