Anyone else receiving dozens of cookie-cutter-made e-mails from "freelance translators"?

Recently I found myself receiving unsolicited applications of lots of freelance "translators".

Subjects such as "Pefrect translation skills available" are commonly received 5 or 10 times a day.

There seems to be a software or a template file, since most of these job requests look just about the same.
