Does someone know if it's possible to import more than one .txt exported TM into another TM? I would like to import them at the same time, not one by one.

Hi Natasa,

as far as I am aware, you cannot import several txt files simultaneously into a single TM. I am afraid you have to pick them one after the other one...

a single-line DOS trick seems to do it Mar 22, 2008

I would like to import them at the same time, not one by one.

seems like concatenating the txt files does the trick:

i) open a DOS window (command) and switch to the subdirectory where the TXT files are

ii) type in as follows: copy OneBig.txt + *.txt

iii) import then OneBig.txt into TWB

What would we do without the good ol' DOS ...

Regards in lep pozdrav

PS: Datoteki se lahko tudi reče "VseSkupaj.txt";)

Can't seem to handle the DOS commands Mar 27, 2008

Dear Vito

thank you for your kind reply. I have tried what you suggested but doesn't seem to work. Since I'm not a very skilled (actually, not at all skilled) DOS user, I might need more detailed instructions (if possible). Can you explain again what I should do:

- gather all the .txt files (for import) into one folder?
- access this folder via DOS?
- then what exactly?

I just typed in the command you wrote and failed.

Thank you again!

Kind regards
