Can't open the segment (TRADOS 2007)

Please help!
At first, I couldn't close the segment and open a new one (error message: TU is open). Then I tried to fix it by pressing Alt+Ctrl+U. Well, now I have both source text and my translation showing one after another, it looks like this:

Современное 12-этажное офисное здание.Modern 12-story office building

And this segment would not open anymore. How can I fix this problem?

The problem is only with one TU, isn't it?
Turn on Show hidden text option in MS Word and then manually delete/insert Trados "brackets" as needed.
