Hi all,

I cannot see how to import a memory from Trados into SDLX. I have exported the memory into .tmx format, but within SDL Edit I cannot find any "import" option.

It surely must be possible to do so?

Thanks

Use the Maintain module Apr 16, 2008

Hi Wendy,

You need to do this in Maintain.

Start Maintain from the SDLX Switchboard, create a new TM or open an existing one, and select TM > Import and the format that you want to use.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Claudia

PS: I assume you work with a full version of SDLX (Freelance or Professional). If you use SDLX Lite, I'm afraid you won't have access to Maintain and won't be able to import a TM.
