Problems with the SDL Trados 2007 Toolbar in Microsoft Word 2007

Dear colleagues,
Whenever I open Microsoft Word 2007, I get a Visual Basic “runtime error 9”. But the toolbar works without MultiTerm.
I assume that this is caused by the Multiterm template (Multiterm7.dotm).
I am using the following applications:
- MS XP Home Edition SP3
- MS Office PRO 2007
- SDL TRADOS 2007 Freelance (incl. SP2)
- SDL MultiTerm 2007 (inkl. Multiterm Extract)
To solve the problem,I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
a) I applied the last release note about this problem, mentioned by the Trados Knowledgebase : Deleting the *.dotm and *dot templates and copying the *.dotm again from the original source), but without success.
b) Updating office 2007
c) Updating windows.
d) Set Ms Word to accept all Visual Basic Macros
e) When starting Word in safe mode , nothing changes, the Trados toolbar is loaded, the error message comes and then the Multiterm toolbar is loaded.
None of them worked!
I would appreciate if someone could help me; maybe some of you already had this experience with office 2007 and Trados 2007.
By now, I haven’t received a response from Trados, but I will in case they do so!
Thanks in advance

van Musset
